Meditation 1
So with this meditation remember the rules. You cant get it wrong! Were not trying to achieve anything during (trust me on this).
Start by getting comfy.
Then close your eyes if you want and bring your attention to your breath. Whether that’s the movement of the body or the movement of air.
When ever you notice your not noticing breath & have drifted into thinking about something just bring your attention back to breath. Doesn’t matter how many times that happens or what the thought is.
Do this for around 5 mins (it’ll fly by trust me) 3 times a day…This allows us to move attention without the need to change anything about the experience.
