Meditations
This meditation is one that we finished on in the 2nd session. Its aim is to start to move us away from what we are aware of back to the fact that we were always aware. Why is this important? Awareness is already at peace the more we can check in with the fact we are aware..The more we can experience the peace which is already there without having to do anything else.
